Gwyn is about to clock up another year so there'll be a party at the club on Saturday night (23rd August), including BBQ and the Yard of Ale challenge cup competition! Please contact him or Carol if you'll be there to give an idea of numbers for catering.

The following party will be end of soaring season and a re-union; so please also let Gwyn know if you have any additional e-mail contacts or even phone numbers for old club members.

 

Be advised that we will require all hands to the pumps this Sunday (27th July) for the battalion families day. We will have a static display stand near the astro turf which will need manning during the day. There will be a mini bus available to bring groups to the launchpoint. This is a great opportunity to push the club and gain more military members so please make an effort to chip in.

We will also need to de-rig A14 and the Discus after flying for the inter-services.

After many years of hard work and dedication, Gwyn has stepped down as CFI. His invaluable efforts have helped see the club through some tough times. But we don't loose him completely to the Nimbus 3, as he now assumes the role of Deputy CFI.
