Group Packages

Anglia Gliding Club offers gliding experience packages for corporate or other groups during the summer months. These usually take place on Friday evenings, although Wednesday evenings may also be possible. Features include:

• Sole use of our equipment and aircraft by members of your group
• One month’s temporary membership, allowing participants to return on a regular flying day for further flying
• Either two short flights (up to 10 mins each) or a single soaring flight (over 10 minutes) in a two-seat glider with a qualified instructor
• Home-cooked barbeque
• Access to our friendly, well-priced bar
• All in all, an exiting and different night out!

Group Size

The minimum number of people to book a group flying package is 6.

We recommend a maximum group size of 12 to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to fly before sunset.

Prices

Our group flying packages are priced at just £50 per head.

Conditions

A deposit of £20 per head is required when booking. This is non-refundable if you cancel your booking later than two weeks before the event.

Although we fly all year round, low cloud, rain or particularly strong winds make gliding impossible. Should we be affected by poor weather then your deposit will of course be refunded and given the opportunity to book another date.
